Conditions for Returns:

- Returns are only accepted for items that meet the criteria above.
- All items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- For wigs or lace products, the lace must remain uncut and unaltered.
Return Process:

- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report an issue. Please provide your order number, a detailed description, and clear photos of the item.
- Approved returns for incorrect items will be eligible for an exchange or refund.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item), we will cover all shipping fees.
- For other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee will apply (excluding shipping fees).
Non-Returnable Items:

- Customized wigs and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
